Since you are moving soon it will probably work well for you to start a new routine. You know, it was in England that I started smoking one summer! And was jogging there, too, in a park with cinder paths near Trinity College. Strange. I used to think living in England would make it easy to stay in shape, but of course now the UK is second to the US in obesity. Must be all the fast food restaurants imported from us.

I am glad I took good care of myself when I was younger, but the last decade or so has showed me it is very easy to let things slide. I'm still jogging the mile 4 days a week, it's actually starting to have some impact I think. I don't much like to weigh myself as a measure of weight loss but I did drop ten pounds or so over the last month. I love food too much to be too obsessive about dieting, but I find food combining helps me to not put on so much weight.

Do let me know how it goes for you! You are young and malleable, after all.Peghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16475357428284192754noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5525504029788808462.post-87492894782747645492008-07-08T17:07:00.000-04:002008-07-08T17:07:00.000-04:00Jesus Christ. I intend to have a good stab at this. I'll let you know how I get on. And congratulations on your handfasting!
xBohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10333815636018847583noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5525504029788808462.post-64910974442671556992008-07-04T17:58:00.000-04:002008-07-04T17:58:00.000-04:00wow that sounds amazing! I wish I could be around for it or had known about it sooner...keep me in mind for next year!

I wonder if the Emack and Bolio's that just opened up the street from us in ALbany would go for this? I just picked wild blackberries in my neighborhood but probably not enough for ice cream.Peghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16475357428284192754noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5525504029788808462.post-74340111237081072782008-06-30T16:28:00.000-04:002008-06-30T16:28:00.000-04:00Hi,This is unrelated. We're picking fruit in the city and then J.P. Licks is going to make ice cream out of it.
